With over 30 years of perfecting the science of beauty, she is excited to bring the trusted Belo expertise to the Filipino consumer at very affordable prices.

With its formulation grounded on science, the products are safe for everyday use. There is proven efficacy, backed by extensive clinical tests and studies on Filipino skin. Belo Essentials products are paraben-free and do NOT contain any banned or harmful chemicals. The products are approved by the Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), meaning that they have complied with all the requirements and standards of FDA.

Generally speaking, most Belo products such as  soaps, toners, creams, anti-acne, and sunscreens are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding moms since these are for topical application.

For extra caution, we do not recommend taking our Belo Glutathione and Collagen while pregnant/ breastfeeding.

Also, consulting with your doctor first would still be best. 🙂

To keep your favorite Belo products fresh, make sure to store them at room temperature (less than 40C). Make sure to avoid direct exposure to sunlight to prolong shelf life.

Orders

We highly recommend that you create an account with us to help ensure proper delivery.

As soon as you finish entering your order details, you should receive a virtual receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to your valid email address including the information that you submitted. If you do not receive an email within an hour upon placing your order, please notify us at beloessentials@iskincareinc.com

Orders that have been confirmed cannot be modified or cancelled anymore.

Only the following are considered valid for return:

  1. those received with defect or damage due to shipping,
  2. a wrong item is delivered
  3. if the order is incomplete when delivered.

For the above concerns, the customer must send an email to beloessentials@iskincareinc.com and provide  the order details (order number, order form, and/or a receipt) AND a photo of the product in question within 48 hours of delivery. You will be refunded within 7-15 business days depending on your payment provider.

Because we would like to maintain the company’s policy on personal hygiene standards, we will not accept returns due to change of mind.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide, except to areas identified as non-serviceable by our partner couriers.

Please note that delivery orders to work places, hospitals, schools, dormitories, or apartments/condos, must have the recipient’s complete name, full address (including room number or department) in the order form to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and your location. You can see this in the order process, before you confirm your order.

We will do our best to deliver your order within  7 working days for Metro Manila and maximum of 15 working days for provincial orders. We cannot provide the specific date and time of your order’s delivery as it will depend on the prearranged schedule and route of the courier.

Also, due to the unpredictable change of circumstances brought about by national/ local quarantine guidelines,  delays can possibly be encountered.

The courier will do only one (1) redelivery attempt. If the delivery is not successful,  your order will automatically be cancelled.  If the order was already paid for, then we will process refund for the products you paid for. You will be refunded within 7-15 business days depending on your payment provider.

The shipping fee will not be included in the refund.

Damaged items upon delivery  may either be replaced or returned.   Email requests should be sent to beloessentials@iskincareinc.com within 48 hours upon receipt, together with proofs of complain (eg photos of damaged items, etc).

We currently process and ship out orders from Mondays to Saturdays, except holidays.

Currently, we ship only within the Philippines.

Payment

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Paypal: Pay with your Paypal account balance or pay with your credit or debit card.
  • GCash: Coming soon

You are charged only when your credit card information is verified and as soon as we confirm the sale at the end of the transaction. Credit card companies usually bill by local currency equivalent to the purchase price at the time of order, so you are safe from fluctuations. The charge should arrive with your next credit card bill.

No, at the moment we do not process orders offline.

Opening an account will make your shopping easier! The billing and shipping addresses you enter will automatically be stored for convenience the next time you visit us. You can store other shipping addresses too. What’s more, you can enjoy our perks and special promos!

  1. Go to ‘My Account’
  2. Enter your information.
  3. Activate your account sent to your email address. (Check your spam folder if there’s no activation email in your inbox)
  4. Start shopping online!
