Upon placing an order in our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- The products and services described on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- All products are subject to availability.
- We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- Orders that have been confirmed cannot be modified or cancelled, except in unfortunate circumstances where the items are damaged during delivery, or if a wrong item is delivered, or if the order is incomplete when delivered. Prices and additional charges
- All product prices exclude the delivery charge. The delivery fee will be added to your cart after address and post code is inputted.

Discounts and promos
- From time to time, we offer our products at discounted prices. These may be availed while supplies last.
- For promos that involve memberships, we may send you an email to verify your membership in order to validate the promo you used. ????
- Unless otherwise stated, we only allow one promotion code to be used per order.

- Belo delivers 9AM to 4:30PM from Mondays to Saturdays. TO BE FINALIZED, DEPENDING ON COURIER
- Due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic, we do not commit to exact delivery times
- Cut-off for orders is at 4PM. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following day.

Returns and refunds
- Products valid for returns are only: 1) those received with defect or damage due to shipping, or or 2) if a wrong item is delivered, or 3) if the order is incomplete when delivered.
- For disputes, the customer must show proof of purchase (order number, order form, and/or a receipt, AND a photo of the product in question) within 48 hours of delivery.
